I support children and teens who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, school stress, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, behavioural challenges, or difficult transitions.
I work to understand what is underneath the stress, shutdowns, outbursts, avoidance, sadness, or worry. My goal is to create a safe place where children and youth can feel understood while learning tools that support everyday life.
