Learn moreChild, youth, family & individual therapy
I offer therapy that is accessible, compassionate, and built for real life.
I support children, teens, parents, families, and individuals across Haldimand, Norfolk, Brant, Six Nations, Hamilton, and virtually across Ontario.
I know it can feel heavy when you are trying to support your child, your family, or yourself and nothing seems to be working. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Reach outStarting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for children and teens. My first goal is simple: create safety, build trust, and understand what is happening beneath the behaviour or stress.
From there, I work with you on practical tools your family can actually use in daily life.

Learn moreMy approach
Therapy is not about judging a child, a parent, or a family. It is about understanding needs, building skills, strengthening connection, and creating a clearer path forward.
Child and youth centred.
I keep sessions developmentally appropriate, relational, and focused on emotional safety.
Family-informed.
I support parents and caregivers with practical strategies, not blame or shame.
Evidence-informed.
My work may draw from CBT, DBT skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
About me
I am Bethany Hann, a Registered Social Worker, BSW, RSW, and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am also a proud mom of three, which deeply informs my understanding of family dynamics, child development, and the everyday challenges parents and caregivers face.
I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where individuals, children, and families can feel safe, understood, and supported.
