You or your child may be experiencing

  • anxiety, worry, panic, or racing thoughts
  • emotional ups and downs, irritability, or shutdowns
  • school stress, peer conflict, or low self-esteem
  • difficulty with routines, boundaries, or big feelings at home
  • family stress, separation, co-parenting, grief, or major life changes

I know it can feel heavy when you are trying to support your child, your family, or yourself and nothing seems to be working. You do not have to navigate it alone.

Reach out

A warm first step

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for children and teens. My first goal is simple: create safety, build trust, and understand what is happening beneath the behaviour or stress.

From there, I work with you on practical tools your family can actually use in daily life.

My approach

Practical tools, gentle support, real progress.

Therapy is not about judging a child, a parent, or a family. It is about understanding needs, building skills, strengthening connection, and creating a clearer path forward.

Child and youth centred.
I keep sessions developmentally appropriate, relational, and focused on emotional safety.

Family-informed.
I support parents and caregivers with practical strategies, not blame or shame.

Evidence-informed.
My work may draw from CBT, DBT skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

About me

I am also a proud mom of three, which deeply informs my understanding of family dynamics, child development, and the everyday challenges parents and caregivers face.

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where individuals, children, and families can feel safe, understood, and supported.
